  1. Hello, Sharon! It is unbelievable tagging the singer’s name. Neil Young for me is “Heart of gold”, but “Harvest Moon” is very good, too. I’m writing comment while hearing that song.

    • Hi Fotostream, thank you! πŸ™‚

Yes, “Heart of Gold” is his most recognized and biggest hit from what I see as his golden era of music πŸ™‚ Which I love very, very much. πŸ™‚

The album “Harvest Moon” was his 1992 follow up to his 1972 popular album, “Harvest”. Twenty years after, and I think it was as good as, or even better, than the first :-).

Looking back now I can hardly believe it’s been 20 years since “Harvest Moon” came out, let alone 40 since “Harvest.”

Where do the years go!? πŸ™‚ πŸ™‚

Nice to hear from you Fotostream. Thank you. πŸ™‚

      • You’re welcome, Sharon! My encounter with Neil Young was after joining Crosby, Stills & Nash. I only knew him by name before it. And “Heart of Gold” came afterwards. When I heard “Harvest Moon”, I noticed that his slightly old playing method of guitar had charms.
It is all of lifetime for a 40-year-old person. Let’s not talk anymore about that.
