Hi Karen! Great to hear from you! I was traveling to my mom’s the other weekend and stopped off a country road where the ditches had started to thaw and then refroze. Using a Nikkor 60mm 2.8 lens, I just got within a couple inches of the ground and started clicking away. I could have spent a lot more time there–under the early morning light, the shards of ice in the creeks and fields were really beautiful.
Mmmm. Cool. π
haha and cold, too! π Thank you, Paul. π
Gaps , just a wonderful Macro shot π π π
A bit different, yes? I’d been wanting to get a macro of ice….thank you, Nigel. π
Beautiful shards
Thanks, Mackenzie. π
I hate the snow, cold, and ice but this is a great shot π
Hi Teri, thank you! It’s a shock alright after spending time in Key West, yes? π
I admit that I sort of love winter, snow and cold. It’s been great shooting this year!
