Icy, sleety, windy, but still with the tramping. One of the few times it’s been too cold to work the camera—whenever I held it to my eye both the viewfinder and the back were too fogged up to see. It’ll be a shock if anything is in focus. But then, how will anyone tell the difference?
This morning was much nicer for tramping. Colder on the thermometer, but not windy. I love how quiet it is, too.
I wasn’t clear about what was foggy–my lens stays clear, but both the LCD and the viewfinder get fogged when I hold the camera to my eye. I think it was kind of moist out yesterday, because today I didn’t have any trouble at all.
That’s just the kind of grass I like to lie down in, at all seasons.
Hi Paul, me too.
Get it while you can……..3 to 6 inches today!
Oh, that’s a lot. Clear here right now. I’m eager for some tramping this weekend.
Tramping, yes! I like it!

I went out about 3:00 Saturday and yes – cold and windy.
But peaceful. White, muffled stillness. I saw only a Comcast repair van and a couple big pickups on the rural drive to the lake.
For this, the lens can fog all it wants (although it didn’t, and I’m not sure why.)

Maybe you have a really warm eye! 😉
Beautiful
Lovely comment as always, Mary. Thank you :).
I can practically hear the whispering of the wind… 🙂
Me, too. And it’s a beautiful sound. 🙂
