Oh this is great, Eliza. I learned so much about the trout lily! I wouldn’t have recognized the yellow ones.
I came across them purely by accident last week and had to do some internet searching to find out what they were. This article was fantastic (and so is the blog, which I followed).
Such a pure color and graceful beauty. We only have yellow ones. The white is lovely!
I saw just a couple of these on my hike – both white. I’d love to see the yellow!
Thanks, Eliza. ๐
I will try to shoot one for you to see; they should be out in the next couple of weeks. ๐
