Thanks, Eliza. They’re part of an old pump station I found by accident in the middle of a cornfield. I’ll be posting more images soon. It was cold and very windy on this day……..perfect drab winter weather for such a rustic old place.
Hi Marso, I just saw this comment. No, the building is one of three that were once an old pump station from the 1950s. They sits in the middle of flat farmland and the owners use mostly for farm equipment storage (although most of the buildings still sit empty). The lace curtains baffled me, too!
That’s so awesome. ๐
Thank you.
That is an incredible door. xo
Thank you!
Nice set of old doors – the rust against the green makes a great pattern.

So much to love in this one … the stone walls, the aging green door, the rust.
And I just love the eye of a photographer!
Laurie! Your comments never fail to make me smile. Thank you. xo
Wonderful photo Sharon ๐
Hi Andy, thanks so much!
You’re welcome Sharon ๐
Lace in the windows? Is it still used by anyone? Many of your photos stir questions, like “what is the story behind this?”!
