Thanks, Liana. I’ve been trying for years to catch them as they migrate through Emiquon. Seeing them yesterday, at least six huge flocks all dabbling and squawking, was a thrill. Suddenly, as if on cue, they all rose from the water and headed west for dinner. I was stunned!

I’ve seen a lot of geese . . . but never anything like the migration this weekend. It was stunning, indeed!!!
