Once again, thanks for the plant identification! A few of these popped up in a shade bed under a huge silver maple a few years ago. I think they hitched a ride with some hostas given to me by a friend. A double gift of the best kind.
You are welcome. Yes, scilla are easily self-sown. They spread into delightful swaths of color. I know of an old Victorian house where the whole front yard is full of them – so breathtaking!
